Well no, I've noticed that animated movies tend to look the best on blu-ray but the rest its just random, however the newer the film the more likely you will notice a difference.
Well it's not like they can just sit down and remaster every classic film they have. There is a hell of a lot that goes into remastering the audio and video of a film that's not animated.
For animation I can understand (3d and 2d respectively), but there's only so much you can do for reality.
Exactly if we all know its completely useless unless you like watching animated pr0n on your Blu-Ray player why are we still trying to defend regular DVDs, they're far superior
Actually, i hardly ever watch anything on a physical media disc. I mainly just record shows and movies on my DVR and watch them that way, or use netflix instant watch, hulu and thepiratebay.org
