I asked Teddi if there was a command he said no. Unless 'changelevel' works. Regardless, we don't have many maps to chose from.
You asked is there a command to initiate a votemap early. There is a command that even subs can use which is bb_changelevel mapname
Yea, I meant both though. I was wondering if there was a command we had access to for initiating and early map vote and/or there was a changelevel command. Good to know we can at least change the level.

I've added this map with cubemaps considering the original version didn't have them which meant any reflective surfaces were just plain annoying. map name is ttt_cs_crystal_lake_cm
Ah sweet, I knew it was caused because its a port from css to hl2 engine. Nice that you were able to fix it. EDIT: Server won't let me dl the map, stupid "missing map" error.
