With the recent trailer (and I couldn't see a thread), we have something to discuss!

It looks pretty cool, even if not entirely new. Are you planning on getting it, and if so on what platform? Expectations?

I really want to get it ASAP. But if I do and it comes out for PC 6 months later I'll just buy it again.

    Tough choice.

I'm pretty excited for this if they bring it to PC, especially with the huge multiplayer they're apparently promising, because GTA:SA online would be incredible within GTA V.

    Yes thank you.

I'm pre-ordering this for the XBox (first game it'll play in 1.5 years), dunno if I'll buy it again for PC.

I was about to question you having an xbox, and then I remembered that you bought one for no reason years ago, how's that purchase working out?

Is it worth it as a media centre? Would have thought a dedicated hub would be better.

Also saddens me that they're not just saving this game for the next consoles.

People are speculating that the next gen console versions will be announced at the same time as PC versions. Being as they're all x86 architecture it's a possibility.

Don't think it'd be worth the cost of Rockstar re-releasing it for both of the newer consoles to be honest.

This is just speculation but with the new console it's supposedly incredible easy to create ports from xbox/ps4/pc. They're expecting indie games to go cross platform much easier too.

Oh I'm aware of the architecture however it's the operational costs that I foresee it not being worth the time.

I was on vacation so I missed getting the chance to comment on this
I saw the preorder cards in the store, and I remembered how expensive new games are, I usually wait a few months for a sale before buying. I'm pretty sure it would be released on PC considering all of the others were, but after a few months of it being out I'd probably buy it on xbox
