I personally haven't seen you around at all really and I am super active on the server. I am not going to +rep or -rep as I want to see what other people think first before making a full decision on my rep. I have been active for the past month and I have only seen you maybe twice.
While there's nothing against your character I feel you're a little new currently. I'd get some more time played and continue to get involved within the community; if interested in helping get punishments dished out then record demos of those abusing mic and post them on here, we can always mute them after for extended periods.
