[FIXED] Way to Stop Race

    2 players recently queried how to stop a race. /leave will disband your group but I don't feel it stops the race conditions, or stops the music. It may be worth adding something like /end to end a race and stop the music and race conditions prematurely?

    Took a quick gander at this, the above should be happening (but obviously isn't) at the moment. Will need further investigation

    /leave should stop the music, but it wasn't and this is now fixed.

    Added /raceend which the group leader can trigger to end a race in progress, and /racequit to quit a race (although teleporting does the same thing!)
