What kind of coat is this? (description)

    I want to know if anyone can help me find out what kind of coat this is.
    Big winter coat
    kinda like a parka longer
    the waist has a piece of material that pulls the coat in and flairs the bottom of it out a bit
    I will try to find a picture of it.
    I would imagine Russians would wear or anywhere thats cold.
