I actually haven't played SoC much, I was maybe 1/4th of the way through when my PC broke so I just decided to play CS when I got my new PC parts. Main thing about CS is that it's not nearly as scary as SoC. It's more action-oriented.
That's a shame. Even if ClearSky looks better then SoC it seems to suffer from the same old bugfest, I've heard it was even unplayable without a patch or something?
Clear Sky was completely and totally broken, it's a little better after a few patches but it still has a ton of bugs.
Well what can you expect, SoC took roughly 6 years to develop and is still rather broken in some aspects. Still would be sweet to have another open-world game on my computer, FarCry 2 just faded in comparison to Fallout 3 which gets boring after level 20 cause all incentive is lost.
Agreed. Fallout 3 is FUN. But: DONOTBEATTHEGAME This is not a spoiler this is a warning. The game is not open ended and if you beat the main quest, You can never play that character again... EVAR... so just wait till the next Expansion and DONOTWIN!
*Spoiler* Well what do you expect. In the ending you can't really play anymore after it. Since you either die and the Capitol gets unpolluted or kill off everything in the wasteland.
I miss fallout 2's ending style.....Big ass explosion on an oil , you sail to safty on an oil tanker, and then BOOM game ends, but you end up on the shore again at the docks, and now theirs all kinds of missions and characters that wernt there before, one of them even gives you the "Fallout 2 Stragety Guide" which boosts everything to 999 with the discription "Man, I really could have used this at the begining of the damn game!"
