    I was a CP when i saw the chief standing with his stunstick out so i ran over there to help him just in case
    a guy named Tuorg was jumping on his head while he was typing so i knocked out the jumping guy since you dont jump on a cops head while hes talking in reality
    then i turned around and saw the penis' and i asked in the OOC "who drew the penises on the wall?" then toxic answered in IC not to be banned "I DID"
    and i said that it was banable to draw/spray stuff like that and he just acted dump saying i was a sad man for seeing sexual things in his drawings of mutated babies
    he got the mutated babies from me since after i told him it was banable he said that it was babies and i asked him sarcastic if it was mutated babies who looked like dicks? and he just said yes
    and then he kept on saying i was sad and a sick person
    also he was DMing me and hinting me down everytime i was killed just to kill me again
    i went mayor to demote a chief that went on a killing-spree with a shotgun but before i could even do a broadcast or demote the chief Toxic and Tuorg was in my office buzzing me around
    and i said that he should go out because it was breaking NLR but that he just ignored and i used the /sleep command to be safe from getting killed and while they were jumping on my body i asked different admins to come help me Blackdog came to help me and he saw them in the office using me as hostage before even knowing in RP that a mayor was there hence breaking NLR... well one of the times he/they broke NLR

    Hmm.. Well its not a porn spray lol. Idk if that means its allowed because people can get some amazing "dirty" details with the crowbar. ::)

    For the picture, probably just ask an Admin to clean the decals (Blood, bullet marks etc, I think every full Admin can do it) and beat him, not really worth a ban. Proof/one of the admins posting will be needed to do anything about the NLR breaking.

    and ranting
    and all the other horrible things

    anyway i agree that a drawing made with the lockpick isnt worth banning
    but i just figured you would be mad if i put this in complaints

    Thats completely not true, ask anyone that was there. Welshdrag was even there and he knows that i was not hunting Polski down to dm him over and over. But I did go into his office about 10 mins later and took him hostage... ( Yes, i knew he was the mayor but i didnt do it because of him threatening to report me) he refused to play along and just said he fainted and used sleep =/ but then after a couple mins he started to go along with it, but that rp didnt last long because i told the cp to leave a grand outside the door and he only dropped 10t and proceeded to shoot me as i was collecting it :p

    you didnt take me hostage 10 minutes after you killed me several times but more like 3 minutes just after i became the mayor to stop the chief from killing everyone there
