I haven't jail-broken my iPhone, and I don't know if I will. This Tuesday is the Apple iPhone conference, and I heard some rumors about adding Copy and Paste (Finally), Tethering, and turn by turn directions. (Link:http://www.macrumors.com/). The only reason why I haven't jail-broken it yet, is because I am to scared, what if it breaks while its jail broken? then I am screwed. Plus, the iPhone does everything i need it to do.
my cousin did it to his itouchTWICE and rly screwed it up lol XD luckily unles you light it on fire(or delete you system 32 folder ) you can can't break you itouch/phone, just have to put it into forced recovery mode lol. So i fixed it and redid it. ziphone.org is free and easy
If something screws up on your iphone while jailbroke, just connect it to the itunes store, get the update, and it'll revert it. No worries. Unless you internally smash it.
