Not much i can say really, he was great as a full before, he'll be great now, i'm still not 100% sure why he was demoted besides inactivity, and my opinion of him hasnt changed since then.

I was actualy shocked when he wasnt reinstated around the same time as Bob was, so i give you my ref because of my past experience of you admining, i havent been on BB much of late, so i cant quite say how its been there, ive only really been on to respond to an admin call from time to time, or when the server is over 10 people, all in all, adv will once again make a great addition to the team

when do the refs get considered? 10 days from the app post date?

 

mine have been considered , i only have two accepted refs

Why have your Refs Been Denied?

 

Ok, reason your refs were denied are:

• They're half arsed, I can tell when someone wants someone somewhere, and those refs really say yeah, whatever, he asked, i said.
• I know at least one of those refs was written out of pity, because the writer didn't have the heart to say no.
• Your mind slips with rules, primarily you banned someone for something, then the next day you "remembered" that you were supposed to warn first (with someone else).

Three simple things that instantly crossed my mind, and thus, denied. In reality, you have 4/5 refs, and you don't quite cut it yet. I would check with your peers as to what they think, and maybe get them to speak their mind a little.
