[FIXED] Apply Effect Jar to Item; Loses Paint

    Bundt and Porus reported in-game if you apply an effect jar to an item it loses its paint, although keeps its "painted" name, so expecting a bug. pAurice lost a sweet pink paint due to this.

    Also if the new cone item can be given the paint flag so it applies a layer over it like barrels plz ty.

    tall cone head should now apply a material override on pain. The effect jar wiping a paint is not an easy fix as it requires changes on both the DB and significant changes on the server, so is unlikely to be resolved anytime soon.
