BBase Fixed the plat message being displayed for all whether or not they were plat when they first connected. Temporarily disabled the concommand to register a forum account. Maps should now correctly save their lockout times. Locked maps will now be shown in a slightly faded red with how long until they are re-enabled. Added a peppy tune that will play during the votemap sequence. Can be disabled with bb_votemapmusic (1 = on, 0 = off) Disabled a few modules as they have no working binaries. Amen The Elope system will now grab all players that are on the server when you connect.
