Mod stuff pretty much. Mods can now toggle a players noclip. Mods can now toggle a players godmode. Added more reasons to the promote/demote system Blacklisted players now take damage regardless if godmode is enabled. Fixed a query not escaping Moderators names when performing a certain action. Mods can no longer pick each other up.
i think this may be easier to explain on here than on mantis, basically, toggling noclip off and on for the whole server, disables noclip for each player, but doesnt give it back, you have to do each player individually with the single noclip toggle to return it, i hope that made some kind of sense, that doesnt affect any of the other toggles, just the noclip one
