    I believe they can sue you for giving up fake information on a payment.

    Get one of those paypal secureids. It's a little device that has a code that changes every 30 seconds that you enter in after your password. It makes your account pretty much unhackable.

    My parents say you need a bank account with money in it to pay for the stuff and you need to pay for the account, also you need a pin number to pay for stuff is this true, also do I need a credit card?

    You can make one for free anytime, but without a bank account or credit card, you cant do crap

    None of that is true.

    Paypal accounts are free, and it is itself a bank account, that can be used online instead.
    The only thing you cant do is send money from it, unless it already has cash in it already from another source.

    My god, it says has to be over 18 and my parents wont let me get one so I can't do crap with the stuff i get from Cashle, and I can't get anything delivered to my door.

    Good god she is still being an ass, she wants to know who will put the money in the account! SHE HAS ENDLESS MINDFUCKING QUESTIONS AND I AM MOST LIKELY GOING TO DO IT WITHOUT HER KNOWING.

    Im 14 and I have 3 bank accounts.....

    You know you can be 14 and open a Checking account and put it on paypal.

    Your parents are gay if they won't let you its just 25 dollar deposit to open one at most banks.
