[NOT A BUG] Initial spawn point

    When players initially 'spawn' before selecting their character on the selection screen, they spawn at 0,0,0 underwater. The result is that the underwater soundscape gets stuck on when they select their character due to not having technically left the water. The only way to fix it is a 'stopsounds' in console.

    Aye, I'll run stopsounds when they spawn on the client first time to make sure this doesn't happen when they play usually.

    Or you could make a little spawnroom and have them initially spawn there.

    Better yet as they're spectators I'll just accommodate for that.

    Resolved, if they're dead or have no active character at the time, their place is now at the docks.
