From time to time, some maps fail to load despite be being able to play them from before. When trying to join the server, the error message that I receive states "Your map [maps/surf_(Map Name).bsp] differs from the server's". Currently, I can't connect when Surf_Kitsune is playing, as the error prevents me from joining. The Fixes I already tried but failed: 1) Digging through gmod files and deleting everything related to Surf_Kitsune 2) Downloading the .bsp file from here (http://speedy.bbroleplay.co.uk/maps/) and inserting it into the gmod files 3) Downloading the map through Steam Workshop Can anyone help me fix this? Can try some of these; "Had someone report this last year, eventually sent them to Facepunch as Teddi couldn't find the issue. Just make sure it's not in any sub folders i.e. And garrysmod/maps folder as well. Make sure you're not subscribed to any map pack on the workshop that might include Kitsune. Teddi advised "
