Potential Surf Problem

    With the current RTV system and that each map is locked off for 2 hours after play it's possible for all the maps to be locked off at the same time... So what I think could fix this is to make it so only the last 2-3 maps are locked off instead of it being timed based or lower the time.

    What I'm contemplating doing is to have a cooldown that lasts for the length of the map + 10 minutes or so, or maybe for half the length of a map. Not really sure which is more ideal yet.
