Hi guys. im trying to donate to the surf server to get platinum and for someone reason my pay pal isn't working it keeps saying: We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method. I've tried closing down all the accounts i had but it keeps saying that! is there another way i can donate or do you guys have any ideas on how to fix it? p.s. i also tried to create another account which still didn't work Thanks in advance for the help! yours sincerely, Shaunster121
Ensure that however you're paying, you have enough money in your account / card you're using. All I can see on my end is that the paypal system is accepting our handover to them, it's not actually passing back any issues or failures. Alternatively if you don't log into paypal when you're at the checkout, you can opt to pay directly by card.
I'm about to sleep now so any response I give to this won't be until tomorrow; As per Paypal usually Q&A, is the payment method new, has your address or anything changed recently at all? Is it a prepaid mastercard? (Avoid putting any indentifying details and keep it generic, unless you need to tell me something specific then send it via a PM).
Hey teddi i was finally able to donate! i tried again today and finally it didn't try to log me in straight away it game me the otpion to log in or use the debit/credit card way! Thank you for the help! -Shaunster121
