Repeatedly RDMing me everytime he joins the server 'LilNeonGnome'

    LilNeonGnome RDMed me four times in total, everytime he joined the server. One time he shot me for killing his gnome. He claimed that he has a youtube channel where he makes people rage, which i dont give a shit about really. Just losing my patience, asking for a short ban at the least, Candle Jack can testify.
