[Request] lua wheels

    lua wheels tool, makes wheels that actually grip, instead of the normal wheels and props that skip or bounce at high speed and generally bug out when moving

    sounds like it would be really handy because the wheels right now bounce when they spin fast well even when they r going about medium speed...

    that would be because the wheels are odd shapes, but its a lot better than default wheels
