Hey I think it'd be better to shorten rtv timer on the hard server, just in case you beat the map like early and dont want to wait another 30 minutes.
What's it at the moment? Don't play there really (cause sux). Only thing we want to avoid is cube farming given some maps have pretty high rewards, but maybe a compromise could be found in less cube rewards from expedited RTVs etc.
By default on hard it enforces players to wait 30 minutes, if they RTV then they cannot RTV the next map at all. With some of the changes coming to hard a reduction can be looked in to, what @Kaiden said as well I think may also work out at a decent compromise.
