We have a steam group and unfortunatly not everyone is in it (or as many people as I would like) so, I'm propositioning a few ideas. By being in the group, you get an extra 10% (20%?) extra cubes from any gamemode. This would only last for as long as you're in the group. If you leave, you lose the bonus. Another idea is to give current members the 20% bonus now, and any future members who join will only get a 10% bonus. Participation in the forums The idea is that by getting x posts on the forums, you would be able to use a hat Or Aura Or Achivement (Note: Bonuses would stack with Platinum) If you have any feedback on these ideas, or any of your own ideas, please post them below, feedback is appreciated.

I'm with bundt. People would try as much as possible to shitpost, they wont read the rules they would just think "HERP FREE ACHIEVEMENT/CUBES/HAT". However the steam group is a nice idea, same with long time members having a bonus for sticking with us so long. For example with shit posting I refrence you to 80% of admin apps past 2009. It would be that but worse.

Hi. You're a moderator. You delete bad posts / threads. Oh look, suddenly spamming for it doesnt seem to be quite so easy. Also, it's not a "desperate" move, it's for two valid points. A) I want to make use of a steamworks module, B) It would be nice to give back to those who have been with us for a while. But hey, if it's that terrible an idea then.
Its not a bad idea, its just we're afraid we'll have idiots tearing up the place over some hat. But the more people = more mods. Personally I dont want this place turning into deathrun.2 where everyone moans and bitches over something. Me and Xandrah work on a tight shift anyway.

Then fine, go ahead with this, i would be surprised (not to be a dick) if there is actually people that will post actual replys, and validly be active on the forum. Keep in mind this hasn't happened in so many months. For the third time, i know i'm a moderator, i know i can delete posts, but i feel if this happens all of the posts are just going to be "fake" and just for post count.
Thing is, this wouldn't be for people with like 35,55,75,100 posts. it would be for people with over 250,300 or even 400 posts.

Hey, I've been here since RP08 and I occasionally play on deathrun (even if I hate the fucking thing). And if you think posts are going to be fake and just for the post count, delete them, hell most of the posts on the forums could be deleted and really, we wouldn't be missing much from the loss. That, and as Gman said, most people know that if they post stupid shit on the forums that it's going to get them yelled at by me and him.
