A BIG BLACK BOX AROUND MY GAMES

    Is resolution scaling something on the Graphics card or on the monitor, because now I can't play any lower budget games that don't have multiple monitor settings on it fullscreen, instead it stays a small resolution with black all around it, what do i do?

    I do, but there's no aspect ratio scaling.
