Again, QoL / Bugfixes with a minor addition. Amen Ban system now uses CheckPassword to validate and check bans. BBase Reserved slots are now back and active. When a Platinum player joins, A person is randomly selected (non-plat) and advised they have 30 seconds until they're dropped from the server. If another player leaves during this time, the selected player is then safe and will not be kicked. Fixed a bug where banned Platinum players potentially could kick players via reserved slots. Fixed various bugs where things could potentially become nil and have knock-on client effects.
