Hold on to your hats because this is a sizeable change.

    AMen2
    • Admins may now talk privately cross-servers via @csc
    • Fixed a bug where if too many players had connected since the server starting up, admins would be unable to perform a history check on them
    • Fixed a bug where if a player had no punishments when loading history, it could throw an error.

    BBase
    • Added a brand-new F1 settings menu. This menu will control all aspects of both core and gamemode related settings, as well as player model settings. Platinum settings will receive its own page once completed.
      • F1 menu is now a fixed size.
      • F1 now allows for better adding of custom pages.
      • F1 menu is now purely clientside
      • F1 will now also close the F1 menu.
    • Made visible ability to mute the scoreboard sound
    • Made visible ability to disable the ticker in chat.
    • Model system in BBase has received an overhaul
      • Don't know the exact % but is considerately faster and more dev friendly
      • Standard playermodels can now be precached independently.
    • Damage / Death sound system has received a partial overhaul and should see similar performance increases
    • Fixed a bug where /csc could throw an error with an empty string
    • Removed old (2009 era) scoreboard code
    • Fixed a rare bug where the database would tell the server the wrong things and new users would have their account created, but not loaded.
    • Fixed the final edge case where titles couldn't be loaded.
    • Scoreboard is now a set width.
    • Fixed case where the scoreboard could throw errors when a player disconnected.
    • RTV has been added via /rtv and !rtv. Requires 80% of the server (rounded up) to pass.
    • Chat commands now accept ! as a potential input.
    • Added ability for the server to echo back output to the client under certain situations.

Probably more changes laying around somewhere, but that's the general gist of them.
