BBuild now has FastDL

    So players can download the basic wire models / map / lua faster.

    Now I can actually play BBuild without having to wait a year for the map to download!

    Slight update, if you dont have wiremod, you'll download the basic models now, so you can at least see some contraptions without mass spewings of errors. If you have wiremod already, you wont download this stuff.
