The primary change here is a CVar which allows me to change the network usage of the server. Effectively it means that the server "shouldn't" lag as much under intensive usage. However this does increase CPU / Bandwidth usage so I'm trying to find a solid area at the moment. I can crank the value up, but again I don't want to go overboard. I tested this change in the BBuild Arena with Combine Balls and everything was fairly smooth (used around 7 loads of them before any real lag set in).
