Steam ID 76561198063414677 A week or so ago, I sent a message to the admins about a player that was calling people the N word and generally being a racist, admin came on and said vulgarity of any form is allowed and left. Next day, I call someone a faggot because they were non-stop talking. Kaiden ballpits me for a few hours or so. Next day, I confront Kaiden saying that the admin told us that vulgarity is allowed, but he disagrees. I ask him if he is a faggot since he has such a problem with me calling someone else one, and he ballpits me for half a month and tells me to go appeal it on the forums if I don't like it. Few days later, I get on and hear people talking about porn, screaming/moaning, calling people cunts and faggots, since I am ballpitted, I tell them in chat that they better stop or else Kaiden will ballpit them. Kaiden then ballpits and mutes my chat for unlimited duration saying that I do not deserve chat rights (20 minutes later he ballpitted two of the three people that I told to stop by the way). It is obvious to me that Kaiden has a personal vendetta against me because I asked him if he was a faggot, and is being unfair and unprofessional. I'd like to see my ballpit and mute appealed, please and thank you..
You neglect to mention the multiple warnings and shorter ballpits you've received as well, all for the same reason. You constantly make derogatory, passive aggressive and flat out aggressive remarks. You've been given plenty of chances and have several punishments on file. Your perm mute is reflective of your overall poor history, and not a single event. The way you communicate isn't welcome on BB, and you've been given plenty of chances to reform. I'm sure you'll recognize all the below, but just scanning your chat is a brief overview that sums you up nicely. I'm not exactly sure what you thought the outcome would be, combined with your poor chat use towards other players as well. ------ Also to correct your inaccuracies above now I have your punishment logs; You never received a warning saying "vulgarity is allowed" through the punishment system as you claimed in-game. I warned you for aggressive mic use, shortly after I then ballpitted you for 2 days for continued poor use. After your mute expired, you came on and called me a faggot over mic, which is when I muted you for 2 weeks due to your previous history. You then started commenting "you must feel big now" and other random stuff, and failed to heed 3 warnings to contest punishments on forums, so I text chat muted you as well. The whole victim card really isn't going to work well here.
To clarify the vulgarity statement; being vulgar (ie disgusting to a degree) in a general sense is fine. Targetting people and / or being excessive about it is not.
