The beta was released last night. Let me say this, it is awesome. The graphics are good and AI is great. Even though the game is not a base building game anymore its still good. The sole purpose is to capture points on the maps, Like Company of Heros, but more bad ass. You can chose 4 differnt groups. Space Marines Eldar Orks tyranids Yall should download it
I thought halo wars was a 360 game? But Dow 2 is a PC only game.... Halo wars looks alright but it probably wont live up to its hype.
Big fan of 40.000, going to wait for the full version so that I can hopefully play 2 of my favorite teams that appeared in the earlier installments of the franchise, Tau and the Imperial Guard. But from what I can tell, damn those shots look beautiful.
Well the game takes place on a different planet this time i believe. One that the tyranids own. I believe the others took place on the imperial guard home planet, They called in the Space marines to help out. The chaos marines aren't even in it..
Exactly, Expansions. Probably later campaigns will come out for a more expanded storyline including the other races. Also: Guessing Necrons aren't in this one either?

By no means says the IG and Kaos can't travel through space. In Soul Storm the campaign took place over 4 or 5 planets, and 2 moons, was Dark Crusade game play. I've had this multiplayer for a week though Thanks to having Soul Storm. I love being the Tyranids and the Space Marines. I was disappointed to see that it wasn't about base building anymore, that's one of the parts I liked most about it.
This game made me sad. I thought it was gonna be awesome but it's not as good as the other Dawn of wars. I miss the building and ect. ):
They said they only added the base building in the firsts because they wanted to keep it tradition to the old RTS, but now they want to make a new unique play of there own. Its the same in the campaign.
Played it abit, it's good, play as Eldar myself - I'm guessing they'll add Chaos and stuff eventually, I like how you can choose between 3 commanders for your team. I got a few days ago cause I had Soul Storm xD. I liked Tau as well though xD.
Whos got the game, Just say i Do... Because if 3 or more have the game we should all see who the best is... Lat play it sometime this weekend.
