I have been using elance.com for a couple years now, for hiring developers to help me with some of my ongoing projects. You can get jobs done, dirt cheap over in india... like 2 dollars an hour. Or you can get peolpe from the USA or Europe for about standard prices. I have used this site for about 20 different projects now, and it works great. For you people who needs help with things, go on that site. It's great. Also, if you have a skill Eg. Photoshop, Lua, Html...etc.. .you can sign up on the site for free, take the tests for you desired skills for free, and then sell your services.. what ever that may be. Just thoght i would share this with people, since i know a lot of people here have great skills in design and LUA. So go ahead, list your self on there, take the tests... Its awesome. elance.com
