Hello there... I don't really know if any of you can help me....
I have recently been trying to run a Dedicated server off my computer just for a laugh. However, I manage to do everything apart from Forward the Ports? I can see it on The Internet Game list and so can other people But it says that they can't connect? Anyone out there that can help please?

If its on the internet list, I think that means ports are OK. Double check, though. Oh, ask them to view the game info, it shouldn't work if they're telling the truth :p

That is the wrong port, but you could use it. It is better to stick with the default ports, so open 27015-27016. Since it is already showing on the internet listing it is more likely you don't have a router or your router isn't firewalling it so this isn't relevant.
