Well, knowing Japanese is good for something I guess. Just wish it was more useful than this...

Moshi moshi is a greeting only used when on the phone, and Jesus desu means "It's Jesus".

The way you say it is actually "Jesus des". That's the only thing I learnt (the des part) from my shitty french japanese teacher back in college.

You can say it either way. 99% of the time, you would pronounce it as "des" but you can pronounce it "de-su" for emphasis or hesitation (e.g. you're thinking). It basically means "is/are/am". Anata wa baka desu : You are an idiot. Watashi wa baka desu : I am an idiot. TEDE kun no FURANSUgo to nihongo no sensei wa baka desu : Teddi's French and Japanese teacher is an idiot.

Also, why would someone learn Japanese and French? That's the weirdest combination I've ever heard.

He was a French national that spoke little English (his idea was that by teaching another language, he could learn English) and attempted to teach Japanese. I left that class straight after and took up the ICT spare classes instead (so I had extra time to do coursework).

So I just installed Windows 8 on my brand new SSD yesterday. I kinda like it in a way, but it definitely takes getting used to.
Here's what the new MetroUI Start looks like:

But under that is just my desktop, almost the same as in 7:
