Due to your activity and time put into this server, i belive you would make a great part of staff. I support you on your journey You dont seem to be on anyones bad side, you seemed to be liked by many and lots think you deserve a position like this, so i vouch!
MAKE HIM ADMIN make junior admin because he's one of the people that isn't rude for the sake of being rude. he's one of the people that doesn't annoy me or anyone else on the server and he's a pretty chill dude.
Although putting your Skype on display for everyone like that isn't the smartest thing, I still think that Junior would make a good Sub-admin. Whenever I see him on, he is very well behaved and contributes to the community. +1 from me.
So up-front, going to be denying this one. You're obviously well liked and supported, as the posts above show, and you're obviously very active and appear helpful in-game. But with all that said, there's a general concession across the staff that you need more experience, whether life or with moderating servers. I try to avoid playing the age card, it's not fair on the applicant, and the majority of Gmod are young players. However, when accepting an application, you have to consider every aspect, and when you have an applicant who's 11-15, it can be very hard to gauge how they'll be as an Admin, given what a turbulent age it is. Accepting young admins hasn't worked out in the past, and we had a 16+ requirement for the vast majority of BB's history due to it. While we're trying to move away from that (and do have some Admins below that age), it's not necessarily a decision we'll make often or lightly. So hope that's some clarity, as always encourage you to stick around and continue contributing to the community, and consider re-applying in the future.
