    Well Hi! Just in advanced. Thanks for reading this ;D
    ok here it goes.

    Sub-Admin Application
    RL Name: Joseph Tebbutt

    Age: 17

    Occupation: Sixth-Form/College

    Location: Northamptonshire, UK

    About Me: Well as i am still in school i have quite a bit of studying to do. However, by no means does this leave me no time to play ;D. I have been playing on BB since before the summer holidays (roughly 2 months now).

    Why i want to be a Sub-Admin: I must admit. I have been quite amazed. The quality of everything in this server is more than 5x Better than any other server. There are however a few Knicks and Holes. Eg. Server crashing. Now there isn't a lot i can do about the Server crashing. However another problem with this server is a minority few either not knowing or intentionally breaking the rules. Now if i become a sub-admin that is something that i will be able to help change ;D.

    I know the server rules inside and out. The only time i ever get a bit confused is when the Forum rules are different to the Server rules. (Which i am sure will be fixed soon enough).

    Then new update looks quite amazing, and, providing all player abide by the rules, will make this server by far The BEST server ever created. I have had Garry's Mod quite a long time now and thoroughly enjoy playing it. I have been sub-admin on a different smaller server and enjoyed that a lot. I also had a go at running my own RP server a few months back. Which went surprisingly well, However because of the costs (and me not having a smart idea like advanced) i had to close it down :(. But then if i hadn't had to finish that i would never of come here. So a good thing came out of it in the end.

    A lot of people know me on this server and i like to hope that quite a lot like me as well (i hope). I role-play from the minute i join the game to the minute i finish ;D. I love being mayor however i believe people Kill them a lot for non RP reasons. Which is why when i am "The People's Mayor" I'm never it long.

    Even though at the moment i am not a Sub-Admin. I quite often find myself reminding a lot of people of the rules.(usually this gets thrown back in my face with "are you an admin? no... Is there and admin on? no... Then STFU") so yes i would like to be able to do some things about that. However i believe that a lot of people hide from admins.

    I like the BB server so much because almost 99% of the people in it are Kind...

    I have been banned twice i think. Once for Scamming (but we wont talk about that) and the second time was for avoiding the arrest for OOC reasons (and we wont talk about that)

    So thank you anyone for your comments good or bad i want to hear what you have to say.

    PS: I wasn't sure if i had to ask people for Refs or just wait for them to comment here. So i will just see what happens...

    Not just saying this because i'm a good friend in real life.
    I think Pot Ducky would make a brilliant Admin, and ever since
    I have been into Garry's Mod and BB, he has been a fantastic
    help along the way! I think it could be seriously worth giving
    him a go as a Sub-Admin, and if it doesn't work....well
    then admin isn't for him.

    Your cool and all man but, you need some more time. Get on vent as much as you can, get to me and the admins. Things will start to work out also..



    This is for every Future Sub admin wannabe's. Get your refs first and or more refs, this will up your chance by alot.

    What does Vent have to do with being a sub admin? I don't use vent because all I heard last time I was on it was "Biff likes penis" jokes...

    Man a lot of people hate on here. The rules ask for references not if you decide to reject them or not.

    Sub Admin
    Must have 3 full admin references minimum subadmins do have some credit

    *This is the minimum the more = more chance of getting sub/admin

    I didn't see anywhere saying
    "If you don't want this person to be an admin say no"

    No I dont think so you can even look up north if you want.

    I support Ducky.
    I'm also pretty sure it says Admin references.

    I never like talking with my mic, makes me more mysterious.
    I've been in a guild in WoW for a few years and never talked on vent.
    As regarding Pot's application, he's pretty good from what I've seen but I haven't seen much.
    Maybe he's trying to improve?

    I'm Definitely improving ;D and also i go on ventrilo quite a lot, But no one really seems to talk... :( TALK TO MEH :p
