    I can vouch that this wasn't the only occurrence where he was singing. I believe his name after all of those tags was Urban Boomer.

    Yeah I'm pretty sure I've seen him on a couple of times before. He seems to always find a way to be obnoxious. I think he definitely deserves a punishment for his multiple offences.
