    He was the police chief and I was a Civil Protection unit at the time, he knocks me out and throws me up in the air over and over, then freezes me near a wall so I get stuck in it.

    Really, you should be consulting with Bob on this, but as he's away, give him a weeks ban for it. F1 has all the rules needed in, even if some are strict (due to copy paste from the Serious, i'll change that when Corran has redid the rules).

    Read stickeh. But, just do what you figure is best. His ban ran out, and obviously if he isn't going to read the rules or only be good when i'm around, this isnt going to be good enough.

    And he can't post unban request, as he's perm banned from the forums. :)
