    That Aint a Graphics Card Issue
    Totally re-install Gmod. Not just the directory, the WHOLE thing.

    Try through Steam too!

    A dead graphics card wouldn't do this, it's like Doctor/George (I always get em mixed up) said, the graphics card would throw Gman as a skin :p

    No, it was my graphics card. It did it with non-steam games as well. It would just overheat and glitch.

    That sucks...I run a Nvidia9600GT with 2 monitors.......Play it on Highest of high setting and wow....

    those SS's look like a salvia trip... 8)
