Oh man, yeah, they should go to jail, I didn't even watch 1 minute of it because of the keywords in it, it included kill. So I am assuming they killed the poor cat. (I am a cat person so.)
Wasn't killed. It was brutally punched and slammed against a wall. Watch the youtube link I posted earlier for a minor version of it. (They don't show the actual punching or slamming)

Good, I sure hope that the cat heals and gets given to a good cat owner, instead of an animal abuser like that "Timmy" guy.
It'll survive, but it's possible that it'll be so traumatized by this that it gives up on humanity. It's quite common for abused animals to live their lives in a shelter because of their hate for humans. I agree though, I hope a loving family gets him. I've become a bit of a cat person myself in the past years mainly because they're animals that will just chill out with you.

Yeah, how would you like it if some guy named "Timmy" took your favorite species of animal (dog, cat, bird, etc.) just beat up and severely injured the animal you really like? You wouldn't be laughing now would you?
