[DENIED]-={Viper}=-'s Sub-Admin App. Game name: My game name is -={Viper}=-, and I have been with BenBuild RP since early August, 2008. Main playing servers: My main servers I currently play on would be Pulsar Effect servers and BB ClassicRP, however I cannot wait to play on seriousRP perhaps this summer. Past Experiences: My past experience for RP has been.... Oh, many things.. Been admin on several TSRP (The Specialist Roleplay) servers and ran a few justice businesses, and on TFCRP (Team Fortress Classic Roleplay, it is actually pretty fun), I am a Chief of Police, and for each job there is a boss. Bosses on theTFCRP I play are rare and usually "worshipped" by new players, and thus I have a big job to do when RPing there (not to mention having to deal with DMers and other stuff, which is another good reason why I would be a good sub-admin). Why I should be admin: Well, I've been watching BB bloom into a beautiful rose, and it's been really cool watching it. As admin, I can try to make that flower grow into a bush, and that bush into a jungle. It's been great being with BB, and It'd be cool to call myself a BB admin, with their great reputation and all. But of course, that's not why I applied. My main reason I applied would be to make RP events happen, and to make sure new players know what to do. Note that I do not have a mic, and that I do not go on vent, mainly because I'm not really too sure how. I am also not advanced. I am posting these negatives comments on my thread because I want you guys to know the truth about me, not just the pros. About myself: I am 13, live in Western USA, and is pretty cool. But just because I am only 13, please do not think I would not make a good admin. References: No advanced references, but feel free to post here if you would like. I also take comments (both positive and negative, I like to improve). Experience with coding and stuff: Unfortunately, I am not a great modeller, lua person, mapping, or any coding type person. Even if I don't make admin, you will still see me on BB servers pretty frequently.

I have Role Played with Viper for as long as I could remember, actually, we both began to play BB at nearly the same time. During this time I have spent with him on the Role Play and other servers that we hung out on, I must say he has great potential, maturity, pose, and has great thinking and critical thinking skills. He reasons and thinks outside the box more than often and has proven with ideas of how to bring, lead, and follow other player's ideas. His past admin experiences also give him a major leg-up on his competition as he holds multiple admin titles on multiple servers. Sure, he does not get on vent, and he does not have a mic, so what? It is not REQUIRED to be on Vent and talk in order to become an admin. Summary of Viper's skills I have noticed and taken note of through the days: Great potential, maturity, pose, and has great thinking and critical thinking skills (as listed above but not limited to), can hold a position of power and still have some fun with everyone, as he said, he is friendly and he DOES help new players begin on BB, more than what others can say/do. Viper deserves the Sub-Admin position. See you on BB, Viper.
