Ok, since the jukebox has been down, i thought i might give a refresher on how to queue for a song the right way. First of all, DJs have the right to not queue a song. They don't need to give a reason. This is their right. Secondly, DJs have the right to not even DJ. They can let the autoDJ play for as long as they want. Just because there a DJ does not mean they have to constantly be taking requests or even queue anything. Thirdly, to queue a song, you should give the song title and the song ID#. You should say this only once or twice during a map because I am positive DJs are not blind. *PLATINUMS GET HIGHER PRIORITY ON REQUESTS* (although i think everybody who is going to read this anyway is a platinum.) Lastly, repeatingly saying the song, or saying DID YA QUEUE IT WELL DID YA DID YA DID YA? Will guarentee that the song will not be on the queue, or that the song that was on the queue, that was requested before you started spamming, will be removed and not to be played for X amount of time, depending on the DJs sympathy. It is your request and not a demand. You can't bully a DJ into playing a song. Although every DJ takes requests at a different amount and perhaps favors a certain genre over another, these rules remain constant for every DJ.
Well it would help if you told us if you were going to play a requested song or not, not just blindy standing there when people ask. Also as a DJ its your responsibility to try your best and to play many requested songs. If you dont want to do that, why did you join for DJ? No flame intended. But I do agree thats it a privillege, not a right, for your song to be played.
I request plenty of songs, it's just sometimes i don't feel like it or i personally dislike the song and i get flamed. I don't say whats on the queue because it's extremely annoying and it already interrupts my running by queuing it. I do say it sometimes when it is multiple songs being queued, in your case i did say it, and you didn't happen to see.
Diddnt we already discuss this AGES ago? We came to the conclussion that nobody would be arsed to program it.
Oh Kaiden, how could you! How could you possibly expect people to press literally 16 keys (including Shift key for underscore) instead of spamming over 9000 keys, effectively pissing me off? I really don't get you sometimes Kaiden...
