Im officially half way through the law enforcement academy a litte over half way. But this week was horrible.. We got maced on Monday . It was the worse pain i have ever been in. Im not kidding, i felt like ripping my face off, the burning on my forehead and in the eyes was unbearable. Take a really bad sunburn to your face, and a guy dragging your face across very hot pavement over and over for 45 minutes, while your nose is runing and your eyes are full of sand. Thats as close as i can explain it. I got spray across the forehead and in my eyes..

It was bad, and i hope i dont have to do it agian till next year...

Out, getting maced sounds seriously painful. Did everyone get it in the eyes and face?

Otherwise, congrats on getting halfway through.

Ah, the security guard where I live let me mace some...things. He said it hurts to get maced even if its not in your eyes (like your arms, etc.)...like a bitch.
Anyways keep in mind your body can build an immunity to pepper spray.

They only taze you though if you want to be able to carry a tazer.

In the UK, you don't need to be maced or tazered to carry either. However you get dropped in a room of chavs, and you have to beat them up and fight your way out to pass.

Nah zeke your wrong, recruits don't get tazed anymore... You have to be tazed through your agency you work for... And everyone was suppose to get Sprayed in the forhead for one sec. The instructor would start the spraying and sayin one thousand and stop. For some reason the instructor stood back about 10 feet and just sprayed it like a shotgun all over are faces. Also when i did all the take downs and cuffing techniques we were suppose to do, i went to the water hose and rinse my head, when i did that the water ran down my back and neck only spreading the mace down.. it got on my arms, neck, back, chest, and hands. It burned just as bad as it did when he sprayed it..

We started Crime Scene Investigation today... All we talked about in are discussions were about what you would look for and wouldn't do when you arrived at a child homicide where the child had been raped and decapitated.. That and the O jay Simpson case where the investigator took a blood sample from the scene and left it in his car for a week fucking over the case... It wasn't O jay that was on trail it was the law enforcement officers for being retards.. O and CSI is a fake, it takes them 45 minutes to get a DNA match while it takes a Real agency 45 minutes just to pack the damn box to send to have it identified..

It sounds like most law enforcement are a bit daft then.
