Being the smart person I am, I would guess that is just windows XP in classic mode, the icons are a HUGE give away. Also isn't your wallpaper one of the pics I posted in: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6409 Whats that full admin application in the background as well o.0
well when I start up my computer it says 98 and I have been updating since it basically it came out. Also yes that is the background you posted also yes that is my full administrator application that am posting.
Okay, maybe am not so clever. But many games say they don't work on windows 98, according to steam, garrys mod isn't compatible with windows 98. So non-compatible games with 98 still work on 98 as long as you have the hardware?
