CCA Housing does not allow you to build doors in the building. But you are aloud to build anything else as long as it does not impede us searching the apartments.

There is no Fees for anything, Its a non Profit Program, thats why its combine. The selling or Profiting off of Combine houseing is not allowed.

Yea, it was fun dealing weapons under your noses, i just wish Tox took his job as mayor at the time much more seriosly, he just kept dragging black people out into the halls and shooting them, and all kinds of other racist stuff, the CAs dont want to just start shooting people, they need everyone alive, because the people now are the last of the generation for the human race, for each you kill for no reason, you have less of a workforce
Yeah this is a great RP idea, I just don't see why some people think this is a horrible idea...It's not against the rules unless they don't own all of the rooms in the hotel/place. I rarely ever see it on the server though....
It offers plenty of RP opportunities, To advanced, to Non-Advanced, To CP/OW/CA/BM/LR/SR..... I mean, whats worse than OW getting blown away while checking civil housing that they control, And the ones doing it is LR/SR? Letting rebels live for free... Pffffft. :0
