Yea, you'd have to have an extremely high agility. If you put on god mode you get an unlimited number of action points.
Yep also I do cheat but I was only doing it to test out the weapons like to try out the "Experimental MIRV" Which is the Fat Man but with like 6-7 Mini Nukes

Oh my god my friend let me borrow this game. I played for two hours and this is what it consisted of: -I made my character an absolute retard, with ONE intelligence and TEN luck. -I skipped the G.O.A.T test somehow. -I attempted to kill my "father" with the BB gun several times. -I blew off the Overseers head without even talking to him first. -I WANTED to blow off the chicks head, but didn't. -I went to Megaton. -I pissed off the Sheriff. -I talked to Mister Burke and wanted to give him a hug. -I armed the nuke. -I ran to Tenpenny tower, killing anyone/thing that I saw. -I had a prize fist-fight with a Brahim, and when I landed the final blow it did a flip over. -I detonated the nuke and destroyed Megaton, laughing maniacally "F*** YOU SHERIFF* -I took care of the Ghouls, by talking to the one Ghoul's girlfriend, and blowing off her head when she cried for help, then blowing off the dude's head while he was attempting to stand up. -I talked to Mister Burke, then blew off his head and took his shit. -I blew off Tenpenny's head and took his Sniper Rifle. -I killed the dude in the hotel with the Combat Shotgun, bought shells. -I went on a Tenpenny killing spree, killing each and every resident with a headshot. Oh and I started with the gay guy on the first floor. Oh and I was wearing Mister Burke's hat and glasses, pajamas, and my hair was dyed green. -I went to the Megaton ruins wearing a radiation suit and brandishing a swtichblade knife I jacked from one of the Tenpenny residents. -I knifed some of those traveling sales people. -I smashed giant ants with a sledgehammer in slo-mo (VATS or whatever.) And then I had to get off. I was crying with laughter the entire time. So sick, but so funny when you just screw around the entire game.
This is just way too damn hard. I am having so much trouble not dying because of random attacks of super mutants or those raiders. That and the fact I have it for PC are my only problems with the game other then that it's awesome.
