Knowing Black people who are nicer than white people has nothing to do with what I say. Everyone is putting him up as a black man. He's not black. He has black blood in him. If every Human is linked by one Human (like geneticists say they are) then chances are our earliest Ancestor(s) was/were black being it's assumed they came from Africa. Point is, he's just as much white as he is black. He's not an African American.
