    How do people suck with Xerath so bad? I just played a ranked game and pooped on a malz. You build spell pen boots deathcap and void staff, combined with the 30% spell pen with your W (max level obv), you have 70% spell pen plus the flat from the boots, you just do so much damage, and if a teamfight happens you use your ult 3 times on a group and they just die. Galio + Xerath would be a crazy combo.
