That error usually means the specific server the transaction is going through is overloaded or DB is fucked up. Usually works if you wait for 5 minutes.
Like I said, I've never heard of an "educational account". Giving you the benefit of the doubt, I would say contact Steam, or reregister the account. You stole it in the first place, therefore it was never really yours to have. Odds are someone is trying to reclaim it, and Valve have disabled it.
Well, I felt it was handled rather well. Probably don't deserve said refund, but I'll take it, Steam doesn't loose any money for I intend to make a legitimate account and purchase the exact same items once more. No harm no foul. How would I go about registering my new account on [BB] Teddi?
Uh-huh... Yeah, I'm a bad person. Heard it all before, sorry Whitefang, but I'm pretty morally sound, especially considering I am now paying for those games because I only got a refund for the games actually purchased.
